I'm Bridget Boylan,
Holistic Health Care Practitioner, and I believe in treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
I trained at a Five Element Acupuncture school in Seattle, drawn to Chinese Medicine because it treats body, mind, and spirit together. I've practiced acupuncture in Washington for nearly two decades.
I specialize in Preventive Wellness and Trauma Relief, including care for people recovering from addiction and PTSD.
I work with children that are ages 3-6, using a type of therapy called Dynamic Movement Intervention. This is taught by two practitioners, Jake Kreindel, PT and Jo-Anne Weitzman, PT. LEARN MORE
Introduction to Asian Medicine, a course geared to health professionals who are neither Chinese Herbalists nor Acupuncturists. Taught at local Massage Therapy Schools.
I teach online Womens Empowerment Journeys for a six month session. The next session begins in March, and will go until early September. I hope to be able to do weekend retreats again in person in the near future. CONTACT ME
I teach Yoga classes once a week, and it is a class for those who have beginner to intermediate level of Yoga experience. I teach a combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga, with occasional use of Kundalini Yoga meditations. LEARN MORE

I have been seeing and experiencing Bridget’s treatments for more than 10 years now. Her graciousness sprinkled with her sense of humour, you can really feel her gifts of love of her practice when she puts her hands on you, or needles, or tuning forks. My favorite is her integration of 5 Element Acupuncture, Acutonics, Physical Therapy and yoga that creates a unique session unlike any other. Treat yourself to some real healing at the core with her.

This my heartfelt testimonial of my 15 year medical relationship with Bridget Boylan.
When I walked into her room for the first time, I was amazed at how she had created an environment meant for healing, which was warm and inviting.
We initially started with 5 elements acupuncture for several weeks but, as time went on I realized she had a plethora of healing tricks up her sleeve which, included Sound Healing, Essential Oils, massage, Reiki, Flower essences, Clean Slate protocol, Myofascial release and Acupressure. She is also a physical therapist which came into play numerous occasions.
She helped me get through some fairly difficult times with her passion for healing.
She moved north and I moved south so we do not see each other much anymore, I miss her compassion and healing hands which I could really use right now. She is amazing!

I have been Bridget's patient for manual therapy and acupuncture. If I was a skeptic then about the value of acupuncture, I'm not now! It was a pleasant and rewarding experience. Bridget explained the technique, where she would apply pressure and the sensations I would experience. It was amazing. It really calmed my mind and improved my physical condition. Her ability to connect with me and my needs was inspiring. As a practitioner I give her a 100. As a human being she also gets 100.
