I learn so much from my patients and their life experiences. My motto: “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious.”

ABOUT ME
Acupuncturist and Physiotherapist
My name is Bridget and I come from a long line of medical practitioners and Intuitive feeling types. I started out just wanting to help people to feel better physically, hence the Physical Therapy degree.
After a dozen years doing this alone, I began to see that natural alternatives worked wonders for me and my family. I studied ways to help people to get back to a natural state thru Homeopathy, Natural Medicine, Tai chi, Yoga, and Acupuncture.
Somewhere during this time, I developed an interest in studying Chinese Medicine, and especially wanted to work with people on the level of body/mind and spirit. I found the Wu Hsing Tao School of Acupuncture, and I learned to work with all ages of people to assist them in getting to their optimal health.
Learning Embodiment, getting in touch with deep feelings and hidden trauma,in order to transmute it, has helped me to see that this was something important to teach others. I then studied Yoga in Seattle, and now I teach yoga to my patients one on one, to let the body guide them thru it’s wisdom or inner knowing.
